How to Manage Your Transform App Subscription

We have been getting a bunch of questions recently about how to manage your transform app subscription.

You talked, and we listened!

So here is an in-depth report about how to update your subscription, take advantage of any sale, change your payment method, and MORE if you bought on our website!! ūüôā

If you bought your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, click below for instructions on how to manage your subscription.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions on How to Manage Your Transform App Subscription

 

Step 1:¬†Go to¬†thetransformapp.com¬†and click “Log In” at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Enter in your account information. This will be the same email and password you used to login to The Transform App.

Step 3: On this page, you have the option to update your payment method, update your subscription, or cancel your subscription.

Update Payment Method on The Transform App

 

Step 1:¬†After you have logged in and see the page with the 3 boxes below. Click “Select” under the Update Payment Method box.

Step 2:¬†Click “Card” or “Paypal” depending on what you want to switch your payment method t0o! From there, enter in your information and you’re done!

Step 1:¬†After you have logged in and see the page with the 3 boxes below. Click “Select” under the Update Subscription box.

Step 2:¬†On this page, you can switch between the 1 month, 3 months, and 1-year subscription or…

To get the current sale on your active account scroll down the page where it shows a description of the sale and boxes like the ones above. In the three boxes above, there will be an option to select the sale we are currently offering!

NOTE:¬†Once you click the sale, you’ll get a message (like the one below) that says the remaining time on your previous plan will expire when you get this deal. If you want to opt out of your previous plan and get the sale, then click OK, and you’re done! ūüôā

Cancel Your Subscription on The Transform App

 

Step 1:¬†After you have logged in and see the page with the 3 boxes below. Click “Select” under the Cancel Your Subscription box.

Step 2: Enter in your email and we will send a code to you to cancel your subscription

Step 3:¬†Get the code from your email, put it in the box, and click “Verify”. The next screen should say you have¬†successfully¬†canceled your Transform App subscription!

    Hello Chris, Heidi and The Transform Team:

    I love your program and the new app. I just wanted to throw out a thought on the sales and how to handle them. I know that when someone opts in on a sale and they are already enrolled on another plan (ie. They have a 3 month membership going and you have sale going for a better price on a longer plan, say get 2 for the price of one) they forfeit the old plan for the new one. I think you should consider giving some kind of proration when they increase their plan. This would give your subscribers the view that you value their money and you may even get people to gradually increase their plans to annual or even lifetime memberships when they are offered. Your subscribers trust and admire you, this will only validate that you feel the same about them.

    Thank you all for developing a great community for us to better ourselves and for finding a way to get this program out to us to help us become stronger and more fit.
