If you are unsatisfied with our products in any way, please call our friendly customer service team at +1 888-721-7890, or email support@transformhq.com. Upon contact, please provide us with your order number and account email address so we can find you quickly and provide the best service possible. You will receive a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) associated with your order.

Please write your RMA Number clearly on the outside of the box you will be returning your product in and mail your return back to us at the following address:

We will gladly pay the return shipping cost if you receive an incorrect or defective item.

Our Transform Customer Care Team will notify you by email once we’ve received and processed your return. You should receive a refund no later than 5 business days after we receive your product. We’ll give you a full refund on the purchase price (minus shipping) up to 1 year after your order date.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you would like to exchange your unused product for a different flavor, please call our friendly customer service team at +1 888-721-7890, or email support@transformhq.com to notify us of your returning product. Upon contact, please provide us with your order number and account email address so we can find you quickly and provide the best service possible.

Our Transform Customer Care Team will notify you by email once we’ve received your return, and we will process your replacement order no later than 2 business days after we receive your product.

Exchanges will only be honored on your first order of the product you wish to exchange. Please note, the product must be back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping costs associated with an exchange are nonrefundable.

If you have ordered more than two containers of the same flavor of a product, then other tub(s) must be unopened to receive a full refund.
