Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup strawberry halves
2/3 scoop Chris + Heidi Vanilla Low Carb  Meal Replacement
1 dropper liquid stevia
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except the almonds in a jar and store in the fridge overnight.
2. Pull the jar out in the morning when you’re ready for breakfast and top with sliced almonds.  Enjoy!
