Chris and Heidi have spent the past year working on the new and improved Transform App 2.0, and we can’t wait to get it into your hands!

This post contains all the information you’ll need to become a pro at using the new app in your personal transformation journey.


Transform App 2.0 FAQs

Q: I currently use The Transform App, do I have to pay to upgrade to version 2.0?

A: The update is FREE to current subscribers! When we release version 2.0, The Transform App on your phone will automatically be updated to version 2.0.

Q: When does Transform App 2.0 release?

A: Version 2.0 will roll out over the span of four days starting Monday, November 5th, and ending Thursday, November 8th. All current users should have complete access to the new app by the end of Thursday.

Q: Will updating to version 2.0 erase all of my app history and progress?

A: Nope! We’ve made sure all of your app history and progress will automatically transfer over to the new version of the app.

Q: What are some of the new features included in version 2.0?

A: Along with having everything you love about the current app, we’ve added features to make your transformation journey even easier! With version 2.0, you’ll be able to track your water intake, count your macros automatically, AND we’ve updated the app with a new user-friendly experience and design!

Q. Can I add in my own custom meals to the app meal plans?

A. Yes, you can. The macro counting feature will allow you to add in your own meals and will add and save them to your food library.

    Do you have a website that has this info on it? this macro explanation is great! The videos are great! Sometimes my phone seems to small to see or comprehend what all I should be exploring; diet, exercise, fb, videos, etc….

    Excited to try 2.0! I’m hoping we can choose how many days we want to workout on this one and maybe the group of muscles. If not maybe in the future! I only like to do strength training 3-4 days a week, 6 is too much for me… I also like to throw in a full body workout one day a week. I would also LOVE to see sushi for the meal options.

    WOW!! This new updgrade looks like it is going to be AMAZING!!! I almost quit the app and cancelled my subscription back in the summer and I am glad I did not. It has been my experience that carb cycling works for me and no one does it better than Chris & Heidi. I am so glad I stayed and CANNOT wait for this update this week. It will make things so much easier rto be able to put my own foods in there and see how they are actually impacting my health.     o my goodness!!! I just reviewed your welcome 2.0 video!!! Is here anything you DIDNT think of ?? This is AMMMAAZINGGG! Seriously you guys outdid yourself . I have 3 macro counters I have bought in the App Store and countless are free . NONE compare to the transform apps ease and user friendliness (you even suggest meals!!) bravo Chris and Heidi!!!!!!!!! And transform team !!!!

    Looking forward to trying it.

    In the next version it would be nice if you can have the coaching program based off the app vs having to log into a separate portal. Have the coach be able to see what you are doing there and put in your results, macros etc

    Also, it would be great to be able to put in how much time you have to work out. If you only have 30 minutes, have the app show you but you should do for that 30 minutes so you are doing the most important things that will help you transform first.

    I really want to sign up for the lifetime membership, except i am having my meniscus repaired on Sept 27. can i still sign up and start it all when i am healed and ready to get back at it, or can I start the nutrition part now? I have lots of experience with Macro counting and have also done a body building competition 3 yrs ago. I just want to look good all the time and sometimes i feel like i am at a stand still
