Can I do two programs at the same time?

Yes! Just switch back and forth between any programs you choose. When switching, the app will ask if you want to "Continue" or "Restart" your program. ALWAYS hit continue, NOT restart. If you leave one program, your workouts will pause at the day you left and start back up when you return. That way you can enjoy multiple transformation paths at the same time!

Which program should I choose if I want to lose weight and add some lean muscle?

You can actually lose weight and develop muscle in ALL of our programs: Bodyweight Weight Loss (Beginner and Advanced), Physique, AND Cross Training! When it comes to your program, we suggest selecting based on your current level of fitness, and the equipment that you have available. Plus, you have access to ALL transformations now, so try them all out and see which one is the best fit for you.

Is the customer service just for IT and account concerns, or is it for my nutrition and program questions as well?

Our customer service team is here to answer all app, nutrition, and exercise questions for you! Our team has been trained by us to make sure that the answers you get are coming from us. We have all worked together for years and have all contributed in transforming thousands of lives together.

Can I track my macros with The Transform App?

All of the macros are pre-calculated for you to give you the most optimal experience as you progress through the app, which makes it so easy. If you look at your planner before auto-suggesting your meals, you will see your target macros and calories for each meal. If you still want to track your macros, all of the recipes from the app have been added to BOTH the MyFitnessPal and MyMacros+ apps. If your weight ever plateaus, Transform will change your macros AND carb cycle if you select to adjust your program.

Can workouts be adapted for disabilities or injuries?

No problem! For every movement, we give modifiers and/or alternate movements to substitute into your workout.

The modifiers and alternates can be found at the bottom of every movement description. If you are dealing with an injury, we encourage you to work around injuries, not through them.

Feel free to substitute any movement into the workout that does not aggravate your injury.

Do I need equipment for the different programs?

For the Beginner Bodyweight Weight Loss program, you don't need any equipment except your body. You can train anywhere - at home, in a hotel room, or even in your office break room! For the Advanced Bodyweight Weight Loss program, all you need is a pull up bar and a box or bench.

For the Physique programs, we do recommend gym access, or at least home weight equipment (dumbbells, weight bench, barbells, resistence bands/loops etc).

For the Cross Training programs, we have a bodyweight program (all you need is a bench and a pull up bar), and we also offer a full Equipped program (for those with access to functional training equipment).

I am losing inches but not pounds. What is happening?

For the first several weeks of the program, you may actually maintain weight on the scale but lose inches and clothing sizes. This is called “recomposition” and refers to the body building muscle and burning fat and shedding water at the same time. It will only happen for a couple weeks while your body is adjusting to the new food intake and exercise, then you will notice a drop on the scale as muscle gain slows and fat burning increases.
