1 ¼ scoops Chris + Heidi Low Carb Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
1 ½ tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons aerosol whipped cream

1. Combine all ingredients, except for whipped cream, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
