Quick Prep



1 cup oats
2/3 cup all-natural peanut butter
½ cup peanut butter baking chips
2 tablespoons honey
1 scoop Chris + Heidi Vanilla Meal Replacement
12 ounces water

1. Combine oats, peanut butter, 1 scoop Transform Vanilla, peanut butter baking chips, and honey in a bowl. Mix together with hands until thoroughly combined.
2. Using about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball and place in airtight container. Dough makes about 21 bites.
3. Mix together water and remaining Transform Vanilla and enjoy 3 bites with Meal Replacement shake on the side. Store remaining bites in refrigerator.
