Before purchasing TransformHQ supplements, what was your biggest challenge in your transformation journey?
I thought I was doing all of the right things.I would go to the gym and lift weights and do my cardio every day. I would have a healthy breakfast afterwards drink water. I soon realized I wasn’t eating enough calories.
How did that challenge you just described make you feel?
I was disappointed in myself because I wasn’t seeing the results I thought I should have been seeing. I was gaining weight instead of loosing because I was actually starving myself..
