"I bought some packets to try out and fell in love with them! Great taste and very filling. I ended up buying 2 tubs, orange cream and vanilla. . The vanilla i can add some frozen berries. My blender makes shakes or smoothies and normally thats what I make is smoothies. I make mine with 1/4 cup of fat free skim milk and add water to make a cup. Depends but I also throw in a few ice cubes."
