I mix mine with water, and I am so impressed with how thick the protein gets from that alone. I sometimes add an extra scoop of peanut butter powder to enhance the peanut butter taste. "I bought some packets to try out and fell in love with them! Great taste and very filling. I ended up buying 2 tubs, orange cream and vanilla. . The vanilla i can add some frozen berries. My blender makes shakes or smoothies and normally thats what I make is smoothies. I make mine with 1/4 cup of fat free skim milk and add water to make a cup. Depends but I also throw in a few ice cubes."
