I had messaged through their website twice to see if could do exchange or credit. I liked all the flavors so far but this one. "I love these shakes but it’s very frustrating trying to order a variety of flavors I like. The selection is always limited. Rather than order several of the same flavor that I like (which is sometimes the only option) I just don’t order at all. Please do better at having stock available. My Facebook page is flooded with transform posts with special offers but I can’t use any because I don’t like the flavors that are available to purchase. I’ve seen as few as 4 choices. This is what prevents me from ordering more."
"I enjoy many of these shakes, but getting them is a challenge. The inventory is always really low, so there's little to choose from. My last order was in the fall of 2025 and I haven't ordered since because there's are so few flavor options (none of the ones I really want are available), the sizes available are individual packs or the huge tub (I want the smaller tubs so I can have variety and I don't like the individual packs because I sometimes need more or less, depending on whether I'm mixing with fruit, or how long it will be until my next meal). I'm tired of checking, only to find nothing I want. I've decided to just move on to different shakes."
