A Meal Replacement Shake has the full nutrition of a healthy meal and is meant to be used as a replacement for a full meal.
A Whey Protein Isolate Shake is used to increase your protein intake, especially after a workout.
Clear Protein is also used to increase your protein intake and can be taken after a workout or anytime you need to add more protein to a meal or to your day. Clear Protein has the consistency of flavored water and not the thicker consistency of a shake.
You can enjoy Clear Protein whenever a craving hits, as the protein will help to curb your hunger. It's also best used after a workout to help your muscles recover or during the mid-morning/afternoon to keep you feeling full between meals.
You can mix Clear Protein the same way you would Boost Shot or Hydration. However, after mixing, let it sit for a minute or two, as it will have foam that will take a moment to settle.
Each tub of Clear Protein contains 21 servings.
Depnding on your shaker, Clear Protein will likely take a bit more mixing than our other products like Boost Shot and Hydration. You may need to mix it for a few seconds longer.

"I was excited to try the clear protein, but I am not a fan. I love the milkshakes, but I am not fan of the clear after trying a couple different flavors. I mix everything with water, but this clear protein doesn't mix all the way and an aftertaste to me."
"I love these clear proteins and some of the other products you carry. The problem I have is every time I find a flavor that I love, it’s shortly discontinued."
"I am so happy with this product. The flavor, quality, and amount of protein is amazing and it is so convenient, easy, and tasty that I can even hit my protein goals fly fishing on the river."
"I love the flavors. I wish that it was easier to mix without using a mixer. When you put the powder in a bottle of water and shake it there are lumps"
"I absolutely love this clear protein. By far one of the best mixes I have had. When I mix it, the foam does not stick around it goes away quickly. My favorite is the cotton candy, it is amazing."
"Can’t tell you how much I love your clear protein. I am not one for lunch so these help me get some protein and keep my insulin regulated."
"These are a perfect finish to your workouts. I have one of these after my workouts, fuels me with the extra protien needed and the taste is on point! Very light and refreshing!"
"I absolutely love all of these flavors! So far, honestly, every flavor has been delicious. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality clear protein. It dissolves incredibly easily. One helpful tip is to let it sit for 30 seconds to a minute after mixing. It may look a little foamy at first, but the foam quickly disappears, leaving a perfectly clear drink. I will definitely be ordering this again!"
"I bought the strawberry lemonade and it is so good. It's a quick and easy way to have a refreshing drink with extra protein."
"The TransformHQ clear protein cotton candy flavor is fantastic smooth blends easily with plain water and get me at my protein goals with no nloating"
