"Nice smooth consistency. Flavor is not bad. Not "grassy" as are other brands. I try to mix with a strong flavor of MRS and just as yummy as a regular shake. I feel healthier but have been fighting with 2 to 3 pounds since June. I need to lose 60 more but can't seem to get over that bump."
