"It definitely works. I notice that I don’t want to snack all the time. I feel full and don’t want to eat. I usually take a pill in the early afternoon and then a pill in the evening. Two pills is a serving. For me, if I take both pills at the same time I don’t want to eat at all and so I that is why I split the pills up. Great product will continue to use. Have already recommended it to a friend."
