"I have tried this and I love the flavor but wow 160mg’s of caffeine threw me for a loop of course I took this in the afternoon wasn’t good that caffeine hit me hard especially after having 2 cups of coffee earlier in the morning so my fault for not reading if there was caffeine in this first lol next time I’ll have to take it extra early in the morning and skip my regular coffee but I liked it lol"
