"I have. Web order g from this company for a few months now. I just got my order and I really hated the flavor I received . I had messaged through their website twice to see if could do exchange or credit. I liked all the flavors so far but this one. I have not It heard anything back yet so I’m just drop this company off."

"I love these shakes but it’s very frustrating trying to order a variety of flavors I like. The selection is always limited. Rather than order several of the same flavor that I like (which is sometimes the only option) I just don’t order at all. Please do better at having stock available. My Facebook page is flooded with transform posts with special offers but I can’t use any because I don’t like the flavors that are available to purchase. I’ve seen as few as 4 choices. This is what prevents me from ordering more."
"I enjoy many of these shakes, but getting them is a challenge. The inventory is always really low, so there's little to choose from. My last order was in the fall of 2025 and I haven't ordered since because there's are so few flavor options (none of the ones I really want are available), the sizes available are individual packs or the huge tub (I want the smaller tubs so I can have variety and I don't like the individual packs because I sometimes need more or less, depending on whether I'm mixing with fruit, or how long it will be until my next meal). I'm tired of checking, only to find nothing I want. I've decided to just move on to different shakes."

"I absolutely love the Transform HQ shakes. I have tried DOZENS of shakes lately because my favorite THQ flavors are "unavailable", and I cannot stand any of the ones I've tried. I have been told for a couple of months now that you would have salted caramel back in stock and I finally got tired of even looking at your website anymore because it's STILL not in stock. The only consistent flavor you ever have available that I like is chocolate, and it gets boring after a while. I can never get tje toffee, salted caramel or smores. They're always "limited" flavors and good luck finding them! I wish I could find another protein powder that compares to yours because I would stock up on it quickly. Unfortunately, I have just learned to do without shakes because nothing compares to your product for me. Taste wise, I would give you 5 STARS, but availability takes 3 of those away. I added one back because I'm still super impressed with your product and hoping I can actually get my favorite flavors again one day."
