And when I saw they had a burner plus decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it gives me a lot of energy, especially at the gym that’s when I take it and I drink 24 ounce bottle of water with it very important. . if you don’t follow directions it’s written then you won’t get the great results that you were wanting.
