This workout can be scaled to your workout level, complete with modifications. It’s time to get moving and burning those calories.

Here’s how it works:


You’ll do 3 different exercises listed below, for as many rounds as you can during the commercial break. Chris and Heidi run through the workout and modifications, so if you need a walk-through of how to do each exercise, check out the video above!
Basic Push Ups - 5 Reps
*Modification: Baby Ups
March In Place (Plank Position) - 10 Reps
*Modification: March In Place (Pike Up Position)
Squat Jacks w/ Hop - 15 Reps
*Squat Jacks (no hop)- 15 Reps


*Repeat until the commercial break is up
