Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos (Meal Prep)

These flavorful chicken tacos are simple to make and are a great use of delicious, slow-cooked chicken!



2 lbs Chicken Breast
1 Jar Salsa Verde
1 Onion, Sliced
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Ranch Dip Powder Packet
Salt & Pepper, To Taste
Guacamole (Prepared, Store Bought), 3 Tablespoons
Shredded Lettuce, To Liking
3 Corn Tortillas


1. Place raw chicken in a slow cooked and top with the salsa, onion, garlic, ranch powder, salt, and pepper. 

2.Cook over low heat for 5-6 hours or until chicken pulls apart easily. 

3. Top tortillas with chicken, lettuce, and 1 tablespoon guacamloe per taco.
