Mint Chocolate Mug Cake

This sweet and minty mug cake recipe is a deliciously sweet treat that will help you curb your cravings!

Ingredients:

1 Scoop TransformHQ Mint Chocolate Chip Meal Replacement Shake
1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons Granulated Stevia
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1.5 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips
1/4 Teaspoon Mint Extract (Optional)

Directions:

1. Mix Mint Chocolate Chip Shake, coconut flour, stevia, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a greased mug.

2. In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, and mint extract. Once mixed, add into the mug. Stir until well combined.

3. Top with chocolate chips.
