Protein Pumpkin Bread
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
12 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
4 Scoops Pumpkin Spice TransformHQ Meal Replacement Shake
4 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
1/3 Cup Granulated Stevia
1 Teaspoon Vanills
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
6 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
4 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
1. Mis all ingredients except chocolate chips together in a bowl.
2. Place in a greased pan. You can also use two bread loaf pans or an 8x8.
3. Top with chocolate chips
4. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
5. Enjoy! Makes 16 equal servings/slices.
