Protein Pumpkin Muffins

This high-protein recipe will give you the sweet, pumpkin spice flavor you crave and keep you on track with your weight loss and transformation goals!

Ingredients:

2 Cups Kodiak Power Cake Mix
2 Scoops TransformHQ Pumpkin Spice Meal Replacement Shake
1/2 Cup Baking Stevia (Optional)
1 Egg
1/2 Canned Pumpkin
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Stir all ingredients except chocolate chips together until well mixed.

2. Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Put into 12 greased muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!
